PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector and an electronic apparatus including the connector requiring no mounting operation of a mechanism for preventing removal of a card. SOLUTION: The card connector 1 is equipped with: a housing 10 allowing insertion and drawing out of terminal parts 82, 83 of the card 80 and mountable on a mother board 60; a pair of contacts 20, 30 which conduct with and hold the terminal parts 82, 83 inserted in the housing 10, and a pair of energizing parts 40, 50 for energizing the pair of contacts 20, 30 toward the card 80. One of the pair of contacts 20, 30, and the energizing parts 40, 50 for energizing the pair of contacts 20, 30, respectively extend in the opposite direction from each other, and the pair of energizing parts 40, 50 are arranged in the housing 10.
