PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive laminated sheet having heat conductivity, insulation property and flexibility; and to provide an electronic part including the same. SOLUTION: The heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive laminated sheet (F) includes a layer A comprising a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition (E1) containing at least one polymer (S1) selected from the group consisting of a rubber, an elastomer and a resin; a layer B1 laminated on one side of the layer A, the layer B1 comprising a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition (E2) containing at least one polymer (S2) selected from the group consisting of a rubber, an elastomer and a resin; and a layer B2 laminated on the other side of the layer A, the layer B2 comprising a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition (E3) containing at least one polymer (S3) selected from the group consisting of a rubber, an elastomer and a resin.
