Disclosed is a DC/DC converter control device equipped with: a feedback control apparatus which generates a first amount of time for a switch to be set to the OFF position as a feedback control amount; a machine learning control apparatus which calculates a second amount of time for a switch to be set to the OFF position as a feed-forward control amount; and a time difference calculation apparatus which obtains the difference between the first and second amounts of time and transmits a difference signal containing the difference to a driving circuit. The machine learning control apparatus calculates the second amount of time by applying the formula a=A·exp(-?×n) to weight the deviation between a control target value for a certain sampling and a control prediction value calculated from the learning history, where A is the beginning (first) overshoot suppression factor (non-zero constant), ? is the second undershoot decay factor, and n is the integer that represents the nth number of the sampling.
