摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a quantitative evaluation method of coating degradation using electrochemical acceleration relating to pipe rust-prevention, which comprises: a preparing step of a non-coated member formed of a metal parent material and a coated member which is coated for rust-prevention on the surface of the metal parent material; a defect portion producing step of producing an artificial defect portion by removing a part from the surface of the coated member; an accelerating step of putting each of the coated member and the non-coated member in artificial leachates and then alternately applying positive or negative potentials to each of the coated member and the non-coated member; and a degradation evaluating step of evaluating degraded states through the impedance spectrum test by respectively applying AC voltage to the coated member and the non-coated member after the accelerating step. According to the present invention, it is possible to precisely estimate the coating degradation degrees of pipes buried in the real underground environments by composing corrosive environments by preparing the artificial leachates which are the most similar to the real degradation environments. It is possible to reproduce the actual degradation mechanism, that is, all the cathodic disbanding and the inflation of oxides through the degradation acceleration test using optimized potentiostatic polarization test method, in which anodic reactions and cathodic reactions are simultaneously applied, thereby precisely estimating degraded degrees of pipe products. In addition, it is possible to precisely measure the delaminated area and the coating-protection efficiency by the optimized impedance spectrum test. Therefore, electrochemically quantitative comparison may be easily carried out with respect to the coating degradation degrees of different materials.</p>
