The cleaning device has an eccentric drive with oscillating frequency of 1 to 2 revolutions per minute provided for operating laminar-shaped cleaning elements. The cleaning elements have a diameter in the range of 200 to 300 mm when the cleaning elements have a circular outline and have a long side dimension in the range of 150 to 300 mm and a short side dimension in the range of 80 to 200 mm when the cleaning elements have a rectangular outline. The drive has a swing diameter radius in the range of 2 to 10 mm.
