Disclosed is a display apparatus as an electronic apparatus, which is provided with: a clock signal wiring line (104) connected to a source driver circuit; a power supply wiring line (105), which is formed at a position not overlapping the projection surface of the clock signal wiring line (104), with an insulating layer between the layer wherein the clock signal wiring line (104) is formed and the power supply wiring line; and a capacitive electrode (109) which is electrically connected to the clock signal wiring line (104). The capacitive electrode (109) is formed such that at least a part of the capacitive electrode overlaps the projection surface of the power supply wiring line (105). A capacitor (301) is formed between the capacitive electrode (109) and the power supply wiring line (105). Thus, development cost and manufacturing cost of the electronic apparatus can be reduced by modulating the waveforms of input signals or output signals to and from the electronic circuit, without requiring preparation of signal generator and the like, and without changing the design of a control substrate and procuring an additional member.
