<p>PURPOSE: A method and apparatus of providing an online advertisement are provided to increase the interest of a user in an advertisement by providing an advertisement which appears clearly and fades out while a user watches a webpage. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement window setup unit(320) sets up an advertisement type of an advertisement window, and designates the display point of an advertisement which is supposed to be displayed. An advertisement display speed setup unit(330) sets up the fade-in time for the advertisement window. A database(350) stores the advertisement data transferred to a user terminal(100), and a controller(340) transfers the advertisement window to the user terminal. A webpage control module displays the advertisement window in a fade-in format.</p> |
