PURPOSE: A synthetic resin railway sleeper is provided to extend the service life by coating synthetic resin on the exterior of wooden or PC sleepers. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin railway sleeper is manufactured as follows. A mold having the same size as the existing sleepers is prepared. A wooden or PC(Prestressed Concrete) sleeper(20), which has a smaller size than the mold and is not treated with an antiseptic agent, is fixed in the interior center of the mold. Synthetic resin(10) is filled inside the mold and the mold is locked. After a certain time has been elapsed, the completed synthetic resin railway sleeper is separated from the mold.
