<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire cabling device that absorbs a tolerance of a battery pitch, prevents wires from directly contacting with each other, and allows a connection relation between a wire on the connector side and a battery to be clearly recognized. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic mold type wire cabling device 10 includes a wire storage part 11, a terminal storage chamber 12, and a wire lead-out part 13. The wire storage part 11 is configured by providing a plurality of elongated storage grooves, each storing one wire, in parallel. Each storage groove is divided at several parts 1D in the length direction. The side walls 1F and 1R sandwiching the divided groove therebetween are connected to each other by a U-shaped elastic connecting member 11U. Each terminal storage chamber 12 stores a conductive metal plate connecting a terminal of a battery with a terminal of a neighboring battery. A plurality of the terminal storage chambers 121, 122 are provided along the length direction and are separated from each other. The neighboring terminal storage chambers are connected to each other by a U-shaped elastic connecting member 12U. The wire lead-out part 13 connects one storage groove 111 with one terminal storage chamber 121 so as to internally lead out a wire W to the storage groove 111. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
