<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold 2 which can stably manufacture a tire having a lug bottom having a large number of protrusions without increasing manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The tire mold 2 has a cavity surface 10 abutting on a low cover. The tire mold 2 includes a body 4 having a hollow 18 and a plate 6 accommodated in the hollow 18. The plate 6 has a large number of holes 26, and each hole 26 constitutes a part of the cavity surface 10. Preferably, the tire mold 2 has a bolt 8. The plate 6 is removable from the hollow 18. The plate 6 is fixed to the hollow 18 from the outside of the body 4 with the bolt 8.
