PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention structure of an existing tile-finished wall in which the deterioration in the physical properties thereof in film formation at low temperatures is suppressed by enhancing the waterproofness of the transparent coating layer of an existing tile-finished wall and by improving the transparency thereof, and also provide a method of preventing the wall from falling. SOLUTION: This fall prevention structure of an existing tile-finished wall includes an anchor pin which is inserted into a hole formed at the generally center of the tile of the existing tile-finished wall and at least the front end of which is buried in the skeleton of the wall and at least one synthetic resin solution-based transparent coating layer which is formed on the surface of the existing tile-finished wall, mixed with short fibers, and selected from the group of an acrylic resin, an acrylic copolymer resin containing acrylic silicone copolymer resin or an acrylic urethane copolymer resin, a urethane resin, a silicone resin, and a fluorocarbon resin.
