PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for fastening a screw having a screw slack preventing function in a screw mounting section in which a screw fastening implement is mounted. SOLUTION: A first plate section 7 with a first through hole 7a for fastening, a second plate section 9 which is arranged so that it may be superimposed on the first plate section 7 through a clearance and has a second through hole 9a for fastening, and a bending section 8 and a butting section 10 which are arranged at locations that they separate from the first through hole 7a for fastening and second through hole 9a for fastening and keep a clearance dimension between the first plate section 7 and second plate section 9 are provided in a screw mounting section 6. Furthermore, a connecting terminal 40 is fixed by fastening the first plate section 7, the second plate section 9, and connecting terminal 40 with a bolt 30 and nut 31 penetrated through the first through hole 7a for fastening and second through hole 9a for fastening.
