PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board surely preventing ground leakage from a lifted intermediate conduction joint part, and excelling in mounting workability, and to provide a composite panel module using the same. SOLUTION: On a main flexible wiring board 6 extracted from a liquid crystal display panel and folded to a back face side of a backlight panel, a connection pad part 624 is formed in a projected part 613 projected from a central body part formed with main wiring lines 623 by exposing partial parts of a pair of power feed wires 623a, 623b for feeding power to the backlight panel; lead terminals 732a, 732b are subjected to solder conduction joint to the connection pad part 624 by folding a lead extension part 72 of a light source power feeding flexible wiring board 7; and the solder conduction joint part is covered by folding a tongue piece 616 as an insulating protective film formed integrally with a base film of the projected part 613.
