PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more proper information about a battery at the end of life. SOLUTION: When it is determined that the battery 12 is at the end of life, use environment of the battery 12 (such as vehicle type, use area, use application, travel history) and use condition information (such as charge and discharge characteristics of the battery 12, total mileage Lsum, total use time Tsum) are associated with each other, and stored in a hard disk drive 54 of a management server 50 as part of a database about life information.
