PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact imaging apparatus that has sufficient imaging region, and a radiation imaging apparatus and radiation imaging system. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: an insulating substrate; a plurality of pixels having a conversion element that converts an incident light or radiation ray and a switch element that transfers an electric signal according to photoelectric conversion of the conversion element; a signal wiring that transfers the electric signal; and a gate wiring that drives the switch element. On one surface of the insulating substrate, a plurality of pixels, the signal wiring, the gate wiring are arranged, and the insulating substrate has a via that electrically connects one surface of the substrate with the other surface, which is opposite surface of the substrate.
