摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy ingot for plastic working in which strength is improved and recrystallized grains are hardly generated. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy ingot for plastic working has a composition containing, by weight, 0.8 to 1.2% Mg, 0.7 to 1.0% Si, 0.3 to 0.6% Cu, 0.14 to 0.3% Mn, 0.14 to 0.3% Cr, ≤0.5% Fe, 0.01 to 0.15% Ti and 0.0001 to 0.03% B, and in which Zr is not added for maintaining the stability of strength or the value of Ti/B is regulated to 3.0 to 40.0, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy ingot has a structure where the average grain size of crystallized products is ≤8 μm, while the secondary arm spacing of dendrite is ≤40 μm, and also, the crystal grain size is ≤300 μm.
