PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable equipment which assures relative movement of first and second cases while concealing a mechanism for connecting the first and second cases. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 is provided with: cases 10, 20; links 31, 32 which connect the cases 10, 20; and links 41, 42 which connect the cases 10, 20 independently of the links 31, 32, wherein the links 31, 32, 41, 42 are developed at a closed state that the cases 10, 20 overlap each other, the links 31, 32, 41, 42 are folded at an open state that the case 20 slides in the linear direction from the closed state, the links 31, 32 are folded, the links 41, 42 are developed at a rotation state that the case 20 is rotated from the open state, and the links 31, 32, 41, 42 are concealed by the cases 10, 20 at any state of the closed state, the open state, and the rotation state.
