PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment whose casing can be thinned while reducing the influence of noise by electronic components mounted on a circuit board on the other electronic components. SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment 1 includes the casing 2, a first circuit board 70 disposed inside the casing 2, a second circuit board 80 disposed at a position facing the first circuit board inside the casing, ground parts 72 and 82 formed on at least one of the first circuit board 70 and the second circuit board 80, a frame part 90 erected between the first circuit board 70 and the second circuit board 80 to form a sealed space between the first circuit board 70 and the second circuit board 80 and electrically connected to reference potential pattern layers 72 and 82, and the electronic components 71 and 81 mounted on at least one of the first circuit board 70 and the second circuit board 80 in the sealed space.
