PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining whether temperature of a subject person is normal or abnormal, and taking measures of rejecting admission or appearance to a subject with temperature abnormality. SOLUTION: A body temperature examination device 1 includes a visual camera 2, a temperature camera 3, a card reader 4, a speaker 5, and a monitor 6. The subject stands in front of the body temperature examination device 1, confirms the own face imaged by the visual camera 2 on the monitor 6, and puts the own face within a face frame on the monitor 6. Next, in accordance with this, temperature of the subject's face taken by the temperature camera 3 is measured, and an instruction is given from the speaker 5 for the subject to open the mouth. As the subject opens the mouth accordingly, the temperature in the oral cavity is taken by the temperature camera 3, and whether the temperature of the subject is normal or abnormal is determined based on the temperature.
