PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device preventing a link from coming off. SOLUTION: The power transmission chain 1 includes two kinds of pins 14 and inter-pieces 15 having relatively different lengths and connecting links 11 arranged in the chain length direction bendably in the length direction. An annular stopper 20 preventing movement of the link 11 to the axial direction outer side of the pin 14 is wound around both ends of the plurality of the pins 14 and the plurality of the inter-pieces 15.
