PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing pressure reduction failure by alternately arranging a flame shielding part and a heat transfer part. SOLUTION: The flame protective wall layer 60 for the relief valve for the internal combustion engine includes many metal straps having heat transfer properties and heat resistance and a plurality of metal nets also having heat transfer properties and heat resistance.
