PURPOSE: A tandem solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a reflection preventing layer inside or outside a transparent substrate, thereby increasing photoelectric transformation efficiency of a solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(520) is formed on a substrate. A super straight chalcogenide solar battery cell(530) is formed on the transparent electrode. A connection electrode(538) is formed on the super straight chalcogenide solar battery cell. An inverted organic solar battery cell is formed on the connection electrode. A metal electrode is formed on the inverted organic solar battery cell.
