PURPOSE: An application storage server and a method for operating the same are provided to perform an application test through a target device of a manager party. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(21) receives an application which is uploaded by a developer. A storage unit(22) stores the application. A target device unit(30) executes the application. A control unit(23) extracts the execution result of the application. The control unit transmits the extracted execution result to the developer.
