PURPOSE: A method for measuring target ingredients in a red blood cells-containing sample is provided to suppress effect due to Ht value of the sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring target ingredients in a red blood cell-containing sample comprises: a step of providing the relationship of the amount of the target ingredient and plural signals according the amount; a step of acquiring target ingredient-derived plural signal contained in the red blood cells; and a step of obtaining the target ingredient among the sample.
