PROPAGATION METHOD OF EMERGENCY MESSAGES BY HETEROGENEOUS NETWORK ROAD-SIDE WQUIPMENT IN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A propagation method for transferring an emergency message of a combined base station in an intelligent traffic system is provided to transfer an emergent message of a WAVE(Wireless Access for vehicular Environment) OBE(On Board Equipment) to a heterogeneous OBE which does not support a WAVE communication. CONSTITUTION: A first WAVE OBE(110) transfers an emergent message to a first road side equipment which provides a WAVE service, and the first road side equipment transfers the emergent message of the first WAVE OBE to a heterogeneous OBE(150) which uses heterogeneous communication and the WAVE. The heterogeneous OBE exists in a service region of the first road side equipment. The first road side equipment the emergent message of the first WAVE OBE to a second road side equipment(200) adjacent to the first road side equipment.
