<p>PURPOSE: A photosensitive conductive paste and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a conductor pattern containing thin film by reducing the content of silver in the paste. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive conductive paste includes an organic binder, silver powder, a photo-polymerizable monomer, a photo polymerization initiator, an organic solvent, and glass frit. The primary diameter of the silver powder is less than 0.7 micron. The specific surface area of the silver powder is between 1.4 and 2.0m^2/g. The tap density of the silver powder is between 2.0 and 5.0 g/cm^3. The content of the silver paste is 15 to 35 weight% of the photosensitive conductive paste.</p> |
