PURPOSE: A spiral antenna and a wireless power transmitting device using the same are provided to obtain a high power gain. CONSTITUTION: A spiral antenna includes a substrate(300), at least two first conductive lines(400), at least two second conductive lines(500), and a coil(350). The first conductive lines are spirally arranged on the substrate. The second conductive lines are spirally arranged in the first conductive lines.
