PURPOSE: A solar cell apparatus, a solar power generating system having the same, and a manufacturing method including the same are provided to support two solar cell batteries with one support substrate by arranging a solar cells on the top and the bottom of one support substrate. CONSTITUTION: A support substrate(100) is made of insulation material. A first solar cell battery(200) is arranged on the support substrate. The first solar cell battery comprises a first back surface electrode layer, a first light absorption layer, and a first buffer layer. A second solar cell battery(300) is arranged under the support substrate. |
