The insert (7) has a static measuring section (8) i.e. ultrasonic measuring section, formed in U-shape. A housing cover (9) is attachable at an opening (5) in a housing, and operates as a mounting plate and/or mounting platform for components i.e. ultrasonic converters (10, 11). An insert part (12) defines a flow passage (13) for liquid- or gaseous medium and accommodates the measuring section or a part of the section. The insert part is made of plastic, and a fixing plate (15) is connectable with the housing cover at a manageable unit. |
