MOLDING RESIN INCLUDING A LOESS COMPONENT AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a resin molded material including a loess ingredient is provided to suppress the generation of environmental hormone and to increase effectiveness since far infrared rays helpful for the human body is continuously radiated. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a resin molded material including a loess ingredient comprises the steps of: (S100) pulverizing loess in 2-5 micrometer and removing heavy metals; (S200) mixing 5-8 wt% of loess powder, 89-93.5 wt% of synthetic resins materials, and 1-2 wt% of thermal stabilizer; (S300) mixing 0.5-1 wt% of white pigment with the mixed resin material to weaken the loess color; (S400) extrusion-molding the mixed resin material in a range of 120~350°C to prepare pellets for molding; (S500) melting the chips in a cylinder of 190~230°C and injection-molding products by a mold; and (S600) cooling the product at a room temperature.
