PURPOSE: A bicycle safe parking device which can be applied foe a bicycle rental system is provided to improve management efficiency on rental and parking systems. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle safe parking device comprises a frame, and a locking device(20). The frame accepts a bicycle and supports. The locking device unites a bicycle wheel accepted to the frame. The locking device comprises a base plate(21), a rotation latch(22), a return unit, and a stopping unit. The base plate has two ends which are facing each other from a fixed distance. The rotation latches are end parts of the base plate to rotate. The stopping unit selectively restricts the rotary motion of the both rotation latch by the return unit. |
