MEMBRANE-ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY OF FUEL CELL AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF
摘要
PURPOSE: A membrane-electrode assembly of a fuel cell is provided to manufacture a fuel cell with excellent performance and stability in an enough humidification condition or flooding condition by physically adding inorganic materials such as titania powder on catalyst layers. CONSTITUTION: A membrane-electrode assembly of a fuel cell includes a polymer electrolyte membrane an electrode catalyst layer positioned at both sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane. The electrocatalyst layer includes inorganic materials for water control. A method for manufacturing the membrane-electrode assembly comprises the steps of: (i) forming a catalyst layer by coating a composition for forming the catalyst layer on a release film; and (ii) positioning the polymer electrolyte membrane at one side of the release film in which composition for forming the catalyst layer is coated and transferring a catalyst layer on a polymer electrolyte membrane in the condition of 120~150 °C and 50-200 kgf/cm^2.
