Optical alias filter, pixel sensor assembly and digital recording device

The filter has a structured surface (14) with a surface structure including a spatial frequency spectrum of more than 85 percentage in a spatial frequency region. The filter is designed in form of a plate (12). The frequency region is placed at a zero distance from a spatial frequency and positioned so that diffraction effects for light at the structure are smaller than refraction effects for light at the structure. The frequency region lies between 100/mm and 1/mm. The structured surface is placed at a distance from a light sensitive surface (18) of a pixel sensor. The filter is made of molded, hardenable transparent material, thermoplastic transparent material or glass corresponding to the surface structure.
