PURPOSE: A bill processing device with functions which issue and collect checks is provided to calculates the number of issuing and collecting checks through online connection to a server in real time. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) inputs a bill or a check. A storage unit(130) includes a plurality of storage boxes. A discharging unit(140) discharges a bill or a check. A transfer unit(120) guides the bill or the check inputted from the input unit to the storage unit or guides the bill or the check from the storage unit to the discharging unit. A display unit(150) displays information for collecting the inputted checks. Issuance information is printed on a discharged check.
