<p>The twist beam axle (1) has side arms (5) connected with each other over a cross beam (4), and a bracket connection (6) and wheel carrier units (7a, 7b) arranged on ends of the side arms, respectively. A side arm section (8) i.e. sheet metal, is extended between the bracket connection and the wheel carrier units. The wheel carrier units are formed as a cast part, and are gripped in the side arm section. The wheel carrier units include wall thickness that is less than 6 mm, where the wall thickness includes average deviation that is less than 50 percent of average wall thickness.</p> |
