<p>The oven has a frame in which cooking compartments and heating units are arranged. The heating units comprise a set of metallic tubes forming closed tubular circuits. Each circuit comprises a heated tubular frame (C) whose vertical tubular posts (1', 2') are connected by transversal tubular crosspieces (3', 4', 5, 6, 7). One of the crosspieces distinct from the posts is fixed perpendicular to the posts without permitting passage of fluids. One of loops (8, 9) is connected to the crosspiece with a fluid passage opening.</p> |
