PURPOSE: An input buffer of a semiconductor memory apparatus is provided to reduce an area by securing the voltage level range of an input signal. CONSTITUTION: In an input buffer of a semiconductor memory apparatus, a first input part(100) comprises a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor enhances the voltage level of a pull-up signal. A second transistor lowers the voltage level of the pull-up signal. A second input unit(200) comprises a third transistor and a fourth transistor. The third transistor enhances the voltage of a reserved pull-down signal. The fourth transistor lowers the voltage level of a reserved pull-down signal. A signal transfer unit(400) lowers the voltage of the pull-down signal. A pull-up driver(500) enhances the voltage level of an output node. A pull-down driver(600) lowers the voltage level of the output node. |
