PURPOSE: A personal information outflow complementary system based on a mobile programming is provided to improve legality and effectiveness about personal information management. CONSTITUTION: Alarm information about personal information utilization is transmitted as a type of mobile SMS through a command. A SMS received transmits an agree and disagree opinion according to the alarm information. Through the command, the received directly checks information of the receiver. Therefore, error of a mistaken abnormal situation is reduced. |
