PURPOSE: A super capacitor with high voltage and power is provided to prevent a high voltage from being applied to electrolyte by separating a collection member of an electrode member from the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electrode members(11) are bipolar and are successively laminated. A separator(12) is installed between the electrode members. An electrolyte layer(13) is installed between the electrode member and the separator. A gasket is formed between the electrode members. The electrode member is comprised of a collection member(11a), a first active material layer(11b) with a first polarity, and a second active material layer(11c) with a second polarity. The gasket includes a rim member(14a). The rim member is formed between the first active material layer and the second active layer and seals an electrolyte layer.
