PURPOSE: A hybrid hose manufacturing method and a hose manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the corrugation of a resin outer layer in case of bending and maximize the fluidity and cleanliness of resin and the flexibility of rubber. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid hose manufacturing method comprises following steps. A mandrel is prepared. An inner layer(110) is formed since thermoplastic material is extruded on the exterior of the mandrel. The inner layer is hardened. A reinforcing layer(120) is formed on the exterior of the frozen inner layer. The elastomeric material is extruded in order to form a protective layer on the outside of the reinforcing layer. The material of the inner layer is permeated into the reinforcing layer by high temperature environment. The mandrel is removed.
