ELECTROCHEMICAL BIOSENSOR USING DOUBLE PULSE EXCITATION

PURPOSE: A biosensor using a double pulse mode is provided to improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement by measuring the amount of the glucose inside samples with electric signals. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor using a double pulse mode comprises a measuring unit, a reaction agent layer, an electrode connecting unit(110), and an insulation unit(130). The measuring unit comprises glucose, a working electrode, and a reference electrode. The glucose is formed inside the plane insulating substrate within the samples. An enzyme layer is applied on the working electrode. The reference electrode forms electric potential difference with the working electrode. The reaction agent layer comprises a couple of oxidation-reduction. The electrode connecting unit connects the electric signals from the measuring unit to a data processing unit.
