PURPOSE: A method for controlling electrical devices of a building using a mobile terminal is provided to display a 3D virtual image of a building to a display of the mobile terminal and control electrical devices. CONSTITUTION: A control unit indicates 3D virtual image of a building to a display unit(S300). The control unit displays a device icon which is corresponding to an electrical device in the building to the display unit(S305). If one of the device icons is selected, the control unit displays a manipulation menu for controlling the electrical device to the display unit(S310,S315).
