PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and an organic light emitting display using the same are provided to separate an initialization period of a pixel circuit, thereby increasing a darkness ratio. CONSTITUTION: In A fourth NMOS transistor(M4), a gate electrode is connected to a first scan line. A storage capacitor is connected between a first node and a second node. In a third NMOS transistor(M3), a gate electrode is connected to a second scan line. In a second NMOS transistor(M2), a first electrode is connected to the second electrode of the third NMOS transistor. In a fifth NMOS transistor(M5), a gate electrode is connected to a light emitting control line.
