PURPOSE: A teacher ability development evaluation system and method thereof are provided to enable an evaluator to evaluate an evaluated teacher on online and add evaluated information and content. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation homepage automatic-issuing constructing unit registers school information to each school member database. Each school evaluation homepage is automatically issued on a web server. An evaluation manager homepage processor automatically analyzes data and statics. An evaluator evaluates an evaluated teacher through an evaluator home page processor. |
