PURPOSE: A redundancy circuit of a semiconductor memory apparatus is provided to prevent current consumption when a redundancy operation is not performed. CONSTITUTION: In a redundancy circuit of a semiconductor memory apparatus, a redundancy enable signal is enabled. An address input controller(100) outputs an address as a control address. Address setting units(10,20) generate a set address according to the control address and fuse cutting. The set address is identical to an address. A redundancy signal generation unit(30) enables a redundancy signal. |
