Composition comprises a combination of at least one extract of a non-filamentous photosynthetic and non-fruiting bacteria and at least one extract of Cassia alataplant, in a medium. An independent claim is included for a synergic combination of at least one extract of Vitreoscilla filiformisand at least one extract of C. alata, containing a synergistic activity on increasing the synthesis of transglutaminase K and/or increasing the synthesis of tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP1) per skin cells.
