<p>PURPOSE: A reset circuit is provided to perform the request of reset by changing a reset request signal and to control malfunction in case of returning power source in a backup state. CONSTITUTION: A first detector(7) detects first detection voltage. A second detector(8) detects second detection voltage which is lower than the first detection voltage. A control circuit(9) receives a detection result from the first detector and the second detector. The control circuit performs a request of reset by diversifying a reset request signal. The control circuit uses output from the first detector as the reset request signal. The control circuit controls the request of reset according to the state of the reset request signal.</p> |
