PURPOSE: A solar cell battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the more than 50 of initial weight of a substrate by forming a trench after removing the lower surface of the substrate with certain thickness. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cells(C1-Cn) is formed on a substrate(100). The solar cell comprises a rear electrode layer(200), a light absorption layer(300), a buffer layer(400), a high resistance buffer layer(500), and a front electrode layer(600). The light absorption layer generates the photoelectric force by the photoelectric effect. |
