PURPOSE: A browser control method and system thereof are provided to move cursors between markable elements at high speed. CONSTITUTION: Web page information including a plurality of markable elements is received(100). Location information of markable elements is stored within a web page(150). A cursor generates an input signal in order to move the cursor to a first direction(200). The markable element exists within moving distance(250). The cursor is snapped to the markable element from the cursor(300).
