THE PAYBACK SYSTEM FOR REDUCTION OF ELECTIC POWER CONSUMPTION AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A payback system for reducing power consumption and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to suppress power daman by inducing users to save power through a payback event. CONSTITUTION: A wall pad(102) is connected to a power supply company(40) through a communication network and notifies users of a payback event for reducing power consumption through a touch screen. A control client reduces an amount of used power by controlling the voltage of power outputted through an outlet(106) if a user selects event participation by operating the touch screen of the wall pad, and transmits the power saving amount to the wall pad. The power supply company determines the amount of compensation to be given to the user based on the amount of the saved power.
